Murder Mystery Dinner Theater

There are lots of things to do for those that are looking for a fun night out in Little Rock, but few are as unique as the Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre presentations at the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History right in the heart of downtown. If you're in town with a group for a conference for equestrian London Ontario based or have lived in the area all your life, you will definitely be entertained by this event. There are two shows that are currently being presented - Murder at MacArthur Park and Phantom of the Pharaoh - and the latter is even a traveling show that can come to your own events. Here is more about what you can expect from a night out at the mystery theatre.

This museum is known as one of the most haunted locations in all of the Southeastern United States and Murder at MacArthur Park takes advantage of that tradition with a combination of the history of the museum and a script created by a Hollywood screenwriter. Instead of spending your vacation at a Toronto downtown bed and breakfast you could come here and hear real life ghost stories while you try to discover who the killer around you could be. This is an interactive show, which allows you to delight in a three-course meal while you explore the Arsenal and allow yourself to be swept away in the mystery unfolding around you. If you're just looking for a date night away from Mississauga homes or are hosting a family reunion, this could be a fantastic night out.

Phantom of the Pharaoh brings you into the home of Lady Middleton, whose husband was an archaeologist who discovered many of Egypt's treasures. This adventure will allow you to enjoy a menu of entirely Egyptian food while you watch unusual and scary events unfold around you. If you are an architect in Toronto or a schoolteacher who's interested in enhancing your experience, you may wish to visit the World of the Pharaoh's exhibit at the Arkansas Arts Center before coming to dinner. There are over two hundred artifacts and discounted tickets for the exhibit are available through Little Rock Tours and Travel.

The dinner theatre usually runs one to two times a month and tickets are available through Little Rock Tours and Travel. The price of admission is $49 per person, with discounts available for larger groups. If you are looking for a gift certificate idea that will beat the usual free massage for that special someone, those are also available in any denomination. So, if you're visiting the Little Rock area or just looking for something a little different, maybe it's time to spend your own night at the museum.
